Write to jk@qonflate.com in Italian, German or English. Include the platform (iPhone or Android), the app version shown under Account → About, and what you expected to happen. Requests are answered by the person who built the app, normally within two working days, and faster in the week of the Merano WineFestival.

Status

The app is in build. Until it is listed on the App Store and Google Play, this page carries the support route only; store links, system requirements and release notes will appear here at release.

Accounts

Visitors need no account: the festival programme, masterclasses, exhibitors, hotels, partners and the catalogue are open.
Consumers sign in with an email link to rate wines, save favourites and keep a taste profile.
Buyers and producers sign in with the credentials of their existing platform account; the app cannot create those accounts.

Deleting your account

Consumer accounts can be deleted inside the app under Account → Delete account; the deletion is immediate and removes ratings, favourites, taste profile and visit history. It can also be requested by email at the address above.

Buyer and producer accounts belong to the platform operated by Gourmet’s International Srl. A deletion request sent to the address above is passed on the same day, and you receive a confirmation when it has been carried out.

Working offline

Everything the companion shows is kept on the device once loaded, so the programme and the catalogue stay available in the exhibition halls without a signal. Ratings and favourites made offline are sent when a connection returns. Award results that have not yet been announced are never shown, online or off — if a tier seems to be missing, it has not been published yet.

The app is under active development; behaviour described here may change before release, and this page is updated when it does.
